Shipping policy

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately start the production or printing process. In most cases we will contact you by no later than 1 working day to confirm the receipt of your artwork and subsequently confirm the despatch date.

All products will indicate their production delivery time and is viewable to you prior to placing your order.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.

We use the following services:

  • Australia Post Parcel Post - Despatch of parcels via standard delivery time frame including delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel boxes as per Australia Post delivery network.  For more information on Aust Post delivery network time frames here - https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage
  • Express Post Parcel Post - Despatched with express post delivery network and applicable areas of service.
  • Couriers - our national carrier is Aramex. Refer to their delivery network for delivery times for your location.
  • International - We will use Australia Post for international despatches.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time which will link you directly to our carrier tracking website.

We will not be responsible for any damages or loss during delivery once goods are dispatched. If transit insurance is required, it will be at customer's cost. Please inform us when ordering and we will include the insurance cost in the final price.
