Shipping Information
The average lead time is between 8 to 12 working days from placing an order. Urgent deadlines are available and we encourage you to contact us directly via email or phone for all urgent turnarounds. The delivery date for all jobs will be confirmed after the final pdf proof is approved by you to printing.
Yes we can deliver to PO Box and parcels as we use Australia Post Parcel delivery as one of our carriers. Most deliveries will be delivered via courier and we can do split deliveries, just let us know at time of quote request or order.
We only ship within Australia by ordering online. However we can ship internationally and if you require this, then submit a quote enquiry with your delivery location indicated and we will quote you international delivery.
Product
Yes, samples are available for all our products. In many cases we will have the samples available and can send them to you but in some cases this will take 3-5 days to arrange. Just email us directly or submit a quote requests and we’ll take you through the process.
Yes, you will be charged the price of the product for every sample you order. All samples you order will be shipped to you FREE of charge however.
You can email us you artwork files at any time for us to review. When you send us "CREATE QUOTE" request, you can attach your files at this stage. When you place an order with us online, you will be contacted via email with the products branding template with instructions as to how to send us Print Read artwork files.
Sure, we can assist with basic graphic design, just send us an email with your brief and we will let you know the costs involved.
In most cases JPEG files of your logo were created by your designer to be used online like on your website. In most cases they will not be of adequate quality to use when printing onto merchandise, unless you are printing on a very small surface like a USB drive or Key Ring. It best to request from your logo designer a Vector File format of your logo, which would normally be in .EPS or .AI or .CDR format or output as a Press Ready PDF File with fonts outlined.
