I would like to road test a cap before ordering - are samples available?
We offer samples for all products on our site, once you have contacted our team and been sent a quote, then come back to us with your sample requests. Often we will only charge you the freight fee and supply the samples for free up to 3 caps.
Can you produce unique branding methods on caps or custom printed hats?
Yes, we can offer boutique cap branding like silica branding or 3D cap embroidery. Likewise full colour custom caps and bucket hats can be created. These items however have minimum order of 200 units and require much longer lead times - up to 6 weeks as they are import only services. If you are ordering from 50 caps, then recommended high impact branding options include SupaSub, SupaFlex or SupaEtch embroidered patches. Get in touch with our team for more information.
Do you offer express turnaround?
Yes — we can produce caps with DTF transfer print in 2-4 working days. Embroidery can be produced within 3 to 5 working days. We always recommend you discuss any urgent requirements with our team.
